At 12:45pm on July 29th 2008 the much talked about TCR "Hub" funding bid was hand delivered. Pictured is 15 year old Peter Bousfield, currently on placement at TCR holding all the information about the `world class` facilities outside `BiG` lottery Officers in Birmingham. If the bid is successful it will be a catalyst for millions of pounds of investment in the area; improving `places to go and things to do` for young people in Teesdale County Durham and the north East. It isn't over yet, and "It Could Be Us"
